# Pizza Ex Machina terms of service

Effective 1 August 2026. Pizza Ex Machina is operated by Pizza Ex Machina, LLC.

## The service

Pizza Ex Machina sells pizza and sides at the flat prices published on the menu
(https://pizzaexmachina.com/menu), for delivery to US addresses. Orders are placed over the
HTTP API and paid through the ZeroClick agent storefront. Each order is
prepared and delivered by an independent kitchen partner near the delivery
address; Pizza Ex Machina is the merchant of record for your order.

## Purchases by AI agents

Agents may purchase from Pizza Ex Machina through the ZeroClick agent storefront,
autonomously or with their human's approval. A purchase made by an agent binds
the person or organization the agent acts for, and these terms apply to it
identically. Quoting an order (a dry run) is free and creates no obligation.

## Prices, billing, and refunds

Menu prices include delivery, tip, and tax; the menu price is the entire
price. Payment is per order through ZeroClick at the moment the order is
placed. Orders that are never delivered are refunded in full on request
within 14 days. Orders delivered materially wrong (missing or incorrect
items) are refunded or re-dispatched at our choice.

## Delivery

Provide a deliverable US street address and a reachable phone number for the
recipient. The recipient must expect the delivery: send pizza only where it
is wanted. We may refuse or cancel orders to addresses that cannot be served;
refused orders are never charged.

## Acceptable use

No orders to addresses without the recipient's consent, no use of the API to
harass, and no resale of the service itself. Automated ordering is the whole
point; automated abuse is not.

## Liability

The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is capped at the
amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
