# Pizza Ex Machina privacy policy

Effective 1 August 2026. Pizza Ex Machina, LLC is the data controller.

## What we process

Order contents, the delivery address, and the recipient's name, phone number,
and email — the minimum a kitchen needs to make and deliver the order. We do
not receive or store payment instruments: purchases are processed by
ZeroClick, and we receive the order and a payment reference.

## Sharing

The delivery details and order contents are shared with the kitchen partner
that prepares and delivers the order — that is what they are for. No sale of
personal data. Other processors: cloud hosting and ZeroClick (payment), each
under contract.

## Agent purchases

We do not receive or store agent conversation content — only the order
submitted to the API.

## Retention

Order records are retained for 90 days for support and refunds, then reduced
to billing records kept as required by law.
